Introductory call
The first 15 minutes are a free introduction for mutual understanding. Availability is not guaranteed, and the call is not a promise of substantive free consulting, implementation, or a particular result.
Paid work
No paid engagement begins through website use alone. Any work after the introduction starts only after the relevant scope, timing, fees, outputs, responsibilities, confidentiality, and other necessary terms are agreed separately.
Results and third-party services
Business and technology outcomes depend on many factors outside The Retired Consultant’s control. No specific revenue, ranking, cost saving, performance, or other result is guaranteed unless it is expressly stated in a separate written agreement. External websites and services are governed by their own terms and policies.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful or harmful material, or use its content in a way that violates applicable rights or laws.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website’s original text, branding, design, and media belong to The Retired Consultant or are used with permission. No ownership is transferred by viewing or sharing the website.
